Do not purchase one of these devices unless you're sure it's going to work with your media, or you're confident you can return it if it does not work. Even though most of these devices have been tested with Twonky products, you should be aware of the following issues before purchasing one of the devices above:
- Some of these devices are audio-only and do not play photos or video. Make sure to research this before purchasing one of these devices.
- Some of these devices cannot play YouTube (FLV) or MP4 videos.
- Bravia TVs stream JPEGs, MP3s and MPEG-2/AVCHD video only, so YouTube and most other Web videos won't play.
- Samsung TVs do not auto-scale photos, so they do not appear full-screen.
- Samsung TVs and some other devices have problems with rewind and fast-forward with some video formats.
- This is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all devices that may work with Twonky. There are many other devices not listed here that may work with Twonky. You can view those here or visit the DLNA website to better understand a device's functionality.
